Day 22: The InvisibLega
Nick Lega is the twin brother of Indiana. DON’T YOU SEE THE SIMILARITY? 😛
Well, he was visible, until a toxic accident made him invisible. Till then he’s practically nowhere to found. He usually haresses models and beautiful girls and then he lights up a cigar wearing his cool glasses. He is a grey character, not bad, not good. Somewhere between.
#20 – Lady DeWolfe
Lady DeWolfe was orphaned at a young age and brought up in a well-to-do family. She wasn’t treated well by her step-sisters and had an unhappy childhood. Fortunately she was rescued by a handsome young man and lived in the lap of luxury the rest of her life … which wasn’t long since she was possessed by an evil spirit and went on a killing spree until she was killed by her husband
#19 – Old Mi’kmaq Storyteller
The old mi’kmaq storyteller remembers all the old stories from long ago and tries to remind the youth of their heritage. Many refuse to listen, thinking they are just silly old stories. However, many of them are based on fact which they will soon learn to their horror.
#11 Tolocanth
Long after the humans destroyed themselves, a race of sentient lobster-arachnids arose to take their place. Tolocanth, an historian of the human age, searches the oceans depths for relics of the lost civilization of man.
#22 Prince Abuzzihv
Prince of the 7th circle, Lesser Regent of Acrimony, leader of a horde of ill-tempered and hungry demon simians. He dreams of conquest, the subjugation of all sentient life and fresh fruit.
#21- bloob
I left my sketch book in my locker -.-” Didn’t realize that til just a lil bit ago and I have ran outta time…almost. Have a Gloob.
#15 Rex
Rex is a character from a short horror comic I´m working on, written by Danny Djeljosevic (@djeljosevic).
#21 – Ta’aru The Disquiet
Ta’aru the Disquiet – also known as Ta’aru of the Moon, to those few ancient wise women and men who knew of its existence. This discarnate entity hides behind the moon when it enters our world. Have you ever looked at the moon at night and thought, for just a moment, that it seemed flat? That’s when Ta’aru is hiding behind it, distorting its true shape. So named because it is almost certainly the origin of that nagging feeling that the world has not always been this way, that it’s constructed, and it could be constructed better.
Not content with emanating its truth throughout the universe, Ta’aru generates and then sends out pods, feelers of genetic material incubated on planets that are destroyed upon their launch. The pod lands on a planet, assembles itself to resemble an infant or larval state, then grows into a freethinking, troublemaking superhuman with the potential to destroy or remake the world around them. Legendary, Skyclad, The 93rd, and Jen Prime are four examples.
#11 Bertram the Sentient Beef & Bean Burrito
Bertram believes his own sentience began on the production floor of the Basura Burrito (a division of the Scrimm Group) Processing Plant one year ago. He believes he has partial memories of his time being wrapped, packaged, & flash frozen. But it wasn’t until he was distributed to Southern Indiana & placed in a Hyung (also a division of the Scrimm Group) Mk III Standard Residential Microwave unit & placed on high for 4 minutes & 30 seconds instead of the recommended 1 minute & 30 seconds, that he gained his powers.
Bertram is now the most powerful burrito on Earth. He can power & control most standard household appliances at a range of 20 yards, while also having the ability to speak telepathically with other frozen faux Mexican cuisine. He also possesses limited telekinesis, giving him the ability of flight & to shape a humanoid body out of the intense electromagnetic current he constantly bathes in. He communicates via the digital timer slot of his “microwave battle armor”, but only in four letter bursts, as that is the max number of characters the timer is built for.

This comes from me thinking about old timey superhero origin stories. They’re all either doses of radioactivity and/or exposure to chemicals. And if that were true, between the radiation of a microwave & the amount of preservatives pumped into its production, your standard hot pocket should by all accounts give you godlike powers, not diarrhea.
The jump to actually make the foodstuff sentient? I don’t know, really. I think I just wanted to draw something with a microwave for a head. It’s dumb, but I’m pretty happy with it for absolutely no good reason.
SKOYO
A life force consuming creature. Employed by the Arachnid armies ground troops. Its purpose is to consume the life force of Core warriors so that they can never be reincarnated into the Great Milky Ways cycle of life.
Guardian Of The Crystal Skull
This bad boy hangs out in the ancient Mayan temples of Kukulkan. He sits motionless in a hidden chamber guarding the sacred crystal skull of Andromeda. He is made of stone and can not be budged, unless the crystal skull is threatened or approached. He then becomes animated, his animal skull head ignites with flame and he becomes your worst nightmare.
Laugh_Nov12
Of vampire decent, Liare Fearice is a malevolent being. He kills for pleasure when he doesn’t need the blood to survive.  Laughs a lot too.
#16 Frankenstein’s Bear
What?… You think he jumped right to creating a Man? Naw… seriously, he had to start somewhere.
#15 Anthro-Zombie-Frog-With Teeth
A zombie aint much if it don’t have teeth… this frog? This Frog Zombie? Its gots teeth.
Day 19 | Frankenfighter
2012 – DAY 19
All characters are created by my 5 year-old son, The Junior Partner.  He has either drawn these characters on his own and I have recreated them here, or he has sat at my elbow dictating design and conceptual ideas like a creative, but frenetic, taskmaster.
FRANKENFIGHTER
In his growing appreciation for Halloween and monsters, the Junior Partner discovered the various classic movie monsters. Â He sort of gets the concept fo Frankenstein but it cemented for him when he saw an image of the FRANKENSTEIN AGENT OF SHADE comic in an ad in a comic I was reading. Â He wanted his own version of a Frankenstein monster superhero, but he wanted it “more freaky.” Â I suggested something more Dr. Moreau…gorialla arms or something, but that was ignored. Â After a few ideas I suggested a gigantic arm with a huge knife. Â That was it and boom…Frankenfighter.
#12 The Tar-tle
This beast of Tar was once a normal tortoise at least it was until it was challenged to a race by a rabbit…. the foolish rabbit was so far ahead that it decided to take a nap as the slow tortoise was so much slower and so far behind… the tortoise however never stopped and as the rabbit slept…. it took the lead and actually won the foot race…. unfortunately this Rabbit was actually a vindictive god in disguise… he had no humor for losing to a tortoise and transformed it into an immortal beast made of tar… unable to ever beat another animal in another foot race ever again.
#11 The Purple Pilgrim
Actually based on this image…
Every year I get a new interpretation on Pilgrims from my younger students… last year it was the evil rich pilgrim…Â This year? Blue and Purple Pilgrims… I imagine that the Purple Pilgrim being involved in the annual grape stomp making wine for their church… was involved in a horrible accident where he fell into the mash, was stomped, and inevitably, unfortunately, he… “dyed”.
He rose again filled with a terrible rage… a pre-libation RAGE!
#10 Broccula
Doubly frightening to children at supper time everywhere… this horrible beast plays on two childhood fears… Vampires and having to eat all of your Broccoli.
