Day 28: Trollwife
In the peat bogs deep within the Ironwood, the trollwives birth monstrous wolves. One day, the greatest of these wolves, Fenrir, will take to the sky and swallow the moon. This is one of the playing pieces for my 3D print-and-play game, Pocket-Tactics, which may be downloaded for free here.

Day 27 – Katha
Katha is a sweet little kitten who wouldn’t hurt a flea. Humans on the other hard are quite delicious.
#28 Doug McNamee – worst henchman ever
Doug McNamee has lived a charmed existence. Â He started his career as a henchman with the evil Doctor Megloman but quickly undermined his operations to such an extend that the Doctor declared his evil organisation completely bankrupt and shut down. Â Then the drunken henchman wreaked havoc across several evil organisations and despite several close calls he was never killed in any of the evil operations or subsequent collapses of those evil gangs.
More effective than any superhero has ever been the authorities look upon McNamee as a force for good in his evil incompetence.
#27 Timothy and the Wejub
Timothy was your average child before he discovered that he could manifest the Wejub. Â The Wejub is considered to be a loathsome creature in appearance that has a gentle soul but is influenced by its bonded human. Â Timothy uses the Wejub to wreak havoc and revenge on any classmate that may have wronged or slighted him in the most minor way.
Despite the Wejub’s horrible appearance it is Timothy who is the real monster, abusing his connection to the Wejub and forcing it to commit horrible atrocities.
#26 The Mime

Just your ordinary average civilian turned wannabe superhero. Â This one, in particular, likes hunting and beating up assassins, including the ones aspiring to be assassins.
#27 – Trestle
In any boring town where there’s nothing to do after the lights go out, teenagers will find some old, dilapidated structure to gather around. In the remains of the old city, kids climb up onto the train trestle that collapsed during the flood. Built in the 18th century, the city didn’t bother rebuilding it, and now it stands as a kind of monument to the forgotten half of the population.
Day 27: Genius Schnazz
In New Gaius, goblins run in great packs. Usually they pester everyone, looting human refugee camps, setting fires, pouncing on bands of grey wanderers, starting wars for fun. They don’t have much reason or order to their mischief making. One lone goblin, Schnazz, is both blessed and cursed. He can speak magical words to put the light of the sun in a single stone, or slow time to give himself a moment to think. Other goblins look to him to put some method to their madness, humans have learned to trust him to lend words of wisdom. Either way, he is tired of being smarter than everyone around him, and tired of no one taking his advice as he wishes they would.
In the world of New Gaius, creatures from the Grey have invaded, and humans are a dwindling species. Beings of magic and myth have manifested to protect and integrate with the last survivors. But still, the fate of humanity is uncertain in this strange, beautiful new world.
Day 26: Kat Black
Some people call her bad luck. Some people call her moody, with her dark looks and her haughty strut. But Kat Black moves with cool confidence and grace. Let them think what they want of her, she likes to keep them guessing, and hatch her quiet plans from behind those clever eyes.
In the world of New Gaius, creatures from the Grey have invaded, and humans are a dwindling species. Beings of magic and myth have manifested to protect and integrate with the last survivors. But still, the fate of humanity is uncertain in this strange, beautiful new world.

#24 Mag-Snake
Day 24 – Mag-snake
Scouring the maintenance passages and service tubes in any number of high tech factories, Mag-snakes do both routine cleaning and keep out all manner of minor pests, from bugs, rats and other vermin to their fair share of intruders. The wobbling magnetically controlled vertebrae allow for a exceptional amount of flexibility, as well as being able to reform itself if broken apart. Despite the goofy face, they have a very lethal “bite†and can constrict with force enough to crack ribs.
#25 Able Seacat Mister Mittens
Mister Mittens was born a sea salty kitten that wanted more than anything to serve aboard a boat. Â Overcoming an immense fear of water Mister Mittens got his Able Seacat Certification and is working towards one day being a skipper of his own boat.
