30 Characters in 30 Days COMPLETED!
#30 Stunt
He’s a superhero who’s a stuntman on the side. Or is it a stuntman who moonlights as a superhero?
#28 Kingsman, Agent E.O.P.
This is Doctor Benjamin Kingsman, Agent of E.O.P. (Evil Old People). He is the arch nemesis of Timmy Nolan, Baby Agent.
#26 Old Man Green
This is Andrew Thomas Green but to the neighborhood kids he’s known as Old Man Green, the meanest old man you’ve ever seen. Green is a retired super villain who now lives in a quiet and boring suburban town. Green yearns for the excitement he once knew when he lived a life of crime. Unimpressed with the new super villains of today, Green embarks on a journey to return to his villainous ways but he’ll soon realize just how difficult that will be.
# 25 Robo-14
This is Robo-14, Lewis Emerson‘s loyal but disgruntle robotic lab assistant. He’s called Robo-14 mainly because he’s the 14th edition of his kind. The previous Robos were destroyed in the many accidents that have occurred over the years in Lewis’ Laboratory. 14 is usually the guinea pig for Lewis’ insane experiments hence the reason why he’s disgruntled. On a good day, he will only lose an arm or a leg. 14 has managed to stick around longer than any of the previous models of Robos combined. There are times when 14 longs to be put out of his misery but he always manages to survive. He also can’t escape this torment because he’s engineered to obey and remain loyal to Lewis.
#24 Stevie Cooper
This is Stevie Cooper, best friend to Lewis and the conscience that Lewis never listens to. Stevie is everything that Lewis isn’t. He’s cool. He’s popular in school. He’s athletic and quite the ladies man. So by all accounts, he shouldn’t be friends with Lewis at all. He should be the kid that makes fun of Lewis and gives him wedgies. If you ask Stevie, he also has no idea why he’s best friends with Lewis other than the fact that they grew up together and he kind of feels responsible for him. He always has Lewis’ back. Whenever Lewis comes up with another “brilliant” idea for his latest invention, Stevie is often the voice of reason that Lewis never listens to. And when the invention blows up in their faces (most often literally), Stevie never says I told you so but judging by that face he’s making (look above) you can tell he’s thinking it. 🙂
#23 Lord Blackheart The Ruthless
Lord Blackheart The Ruthless is the most feared king on the Animal Planet and the archnemesis of Turducken. He longs to build the world in his image. But don’t all ruthless dictators want that?!?
# 20-22 TURDUCKEN!!
This Poultry Pounding trio fight to the defend the citizens of their tiny village from the clutches of a ruthless Lion King, who like most villains, wants to take over the world.
# 19 Laura Durbin
# 18 Lewis Emerson
Lewis is poised to be the greatest inventor to have ever lived. And with the praise and adoration that comes with being a world famous inventor, Lewis hopes to get the attention and love of Laura, the pretty girl next door, who doesn’t share his affection. So with every rejection he receives from Laura, Lewis creates an invention more elaborate (and most often dangerous) than the last, hoping to get her attention.
#16 & 17 Det. Jack and Mac
Thought I’d give the buddy cop comedy genre a try with a funny twist. What if the cliche bad ass detective who liked to work alone was partnered with an infant with a gun?!? Silly I know. Don’t really have much a story for these two yet. Maybe the baby is like Baby Herman from Roger Rabbit and he can talk and is foul mouthed. Maybe Mac (the baby) was born with a rare disease/disability that caused him to never be able to grow thus making him an infant forever but that didn’t stop him from going into law enforcement. Or maybe the baby is just a bad ass baby with a gun. 🙂
# 14 & 15 Howie and Skid
Say hello to Howie and Skid, friends since the first day of preschool. Howie (L) and Skid (R) can’t seem to figure out what they want to be when they grow up. All they know is that whatever they decide to do, they want to do it together. Follow the boys as they search for the meaning in their lives and have loads of fun along the way.

#13- The Kid
This is The Kid. Although he doesn’t dress like it, The Kid is the youngest agent to ever graduate from Elite Academy. Figuratively, he is a young man with an old soul. He has a fondness for the Old West and considers himself quite the gunslinger even though his six shooter is actually more like a weapon from a science fiction movie with limitless ammo and its plasma rounds. Brash and cocky, the Kid often gets himself into more trouble than he can get himself out of. I like to think of him as a cross between Robin (from DC) and Billy the Kid…if either one of them were a goat.  🙂

#12- Pinch
When Smoke defected from the Elite, he gained a loyal follower in Pinch. Pinch, also a former Animal Elite agent, is quite a scary individual. On top of her superb hand to hand combat skills, Pinch has the unique ability is use her quills like throwing knifes and she throws them with deadly accuracy. Her blind love and devotion to Smoke means she is not exactly of sound mind.

#11 Whisper
I noticed that I had far too many male characters and so I thought I’d switch it up. Her name is Whisper and yes, she has a striking resemblance to the Sinister Smoke and that is because she is his sister and the only family he has left. When Smoke defected from the Animal Elite, he thought that his sister would join in his fight to destroy the Elite instead she sided against him thinking that he’d gone mad with power. Heartbroken, Whisper believes that there is still good in her brother and hopes that one day he will return to her the man he used to be.
As for Whisper, she is one of the Elite’s prized agents–a founding member(with her brother). She is called Whisper because she practically invented the term, stealth mode. She is always the first agent on the scene of a mission because she can survey the area undetected. She’s a bad ass.
#10 Axefist
So I wanted to take a small break from my anthropomorphic characters I’ve been doing lately and change it up. This scary gentleman here is Axefist. His name is pretty self explanatory. Axefist is a former AX-Man who lost his hand in a tragic tree cutting accident and was left in the woods for dead. Axefist survived his wounds and vowed to never cut another tree again. So why the axe for a hand? Axefist also vowed that day to protect Blackwood Forest from anyone who isn’t him. He basically kills anyone who steps foot in his forest just as Jason Voorhies murders anyone who sets foot in Camp Crystal Lake. Many believe Axefist to be a myth–an urban legend– a story you tell around a campfire but those for foolish enough to enter the Blackwood never ever leave.
Oh and p.s. don’t make fun of the fuzzy poof ball on his hat. He really doesn’t like that.
#9 Speck
Captain Flitter’s Second-in-Command of the AIR Division, Agent Speck is a model soldier of the Animal Elite. Fearless and feisty (sometimes foolishly so) being as small as he is, Speck loves and lives his life for the Elite.
#8 Dusty
Neither friend or enemy to the Animal Elite. Dusty cares about one thing: himself. Dusty is a bounty hunter/mercenary for hire. Expert marksman. When he wants you dead, you’re as good as dead.
#7 Professor Pinn
Professor Pinn is like the Q (from 007 movies) to Agent Acorn and the Animal Elite. Pinn is the genius behind the clever gadgets and weapons used by the agents of the Elite. Along with being the Chief Weapons Expert of the AE, Pinn is the Head of Intelligence. Sounds like a lot of work and responsibility for an animal as slow as a turtle but Pinn’s brain works faster than his body does. Let’s just say there are a lot of gophers in his lab…literally.
#6 Flinch
Ever heard of the phrase “Crazy like a fox”? Well they must have been referring to Flinch. This self proclaimed “Master of Mass Murder” is as deranged and psychotic as they come. He takes immense pleasure in the hunt of his victims. A trained killer, who works for the highest bidder, Flinch just might be the most dangerous animal being alive. Despite his nervous twitch (hence the name), Flinch is also an incredible marksman but prefers to get up close and personal with a knife.
#5 Flitter
This is Flitter, Captain of the Animal Elite’s AIR Unit (birds) and the fastest combat flyer in the entire fleet. Noble and very confident in her abilities and decision making. Often comes off as arrogant but when in a fight, you’d want her in your corner.
#4 Smoke
Arch-nemesis to Agent Acorn and the Animal Elite. Smoke is the former #1 field agent of the Animal Elite Land Unit, who blames Acorn for his fall from grace. He is Acorn’s equal in every way with his quickness and an expert in hand to hand combat skills. On top of his physical attributes, Smoke is highly intelligent and methodical though his ego tends to foil his plans for world domination. He is psychotic and deranged…and fully embraces that about himself. One word description: Scary.
#3 Blitz
Say hello to Agent Blitz of the Animal Elite and right hand man of Agent Acorn. This Speedster is a cross between The Flash and Johnny Storm. He’s overly confident at times to a fault but extremely charming. He’s like a bad ass version of Bugs Bunny. I know that sounds stupid because we all know that Bugs Bunny is a bad ass. Haha.
#2- Rhinoceros Rex
This is Rhinoceros Rex, Lord of Rhino City and self proclaimed ruler of the world. He is a rhinoceros that is the size of a T-Rex. Rhino Rex is one of the many villains in the rogue gallery of the Animal Elite. He is incredibly strong and surprisingly fast for his size.
#1 Agent Acorn
Enter Agent Acorn of the Animal Elite.
Top Field Agent of the LAND Unit.
Quick, agile and has the ability to climb just about anything. Incredible reflexes. Speaks very little. Let’s his action do the talking for him. Oh yeah…he’s pretty much a bad ass. LOL
2011 Challenger: Eadge
Hello fellow Character Creators!
My name is Eddie Nieves but my friends call me Eadge. Please be my friend.
I’m a freelance artist/illustrator based out of Los Angeles. I’d never heard about the 30 Characters Challenge until a recent post on iFanboy by Paul Montgomery pointed it out to me. I’d heard of NaNoWriMo, the National Novel Writing Month Contest, which also takes place in November. I was thinking of doing that but this is a lot more appealing to me. That and Paul Montgomery is my hero.
I’m really excited to see what everyone comes up with.
