15 – GoldTail, Gnoll Ranger
GoldTail was told that his father was a king, that he was meant to rule the Gnolls, and crush the Elves that had long ago repressed the Gnollish race. Where his father went is a mystery that most Gnoll whelps don’t care to solve- it happens to almost all of them. And although the Packbitch’s devotion to his father is definitely unusual, GoldTail doesn’t believe any of it.
GoldTail is an exceptional hunter, and has benefitted his tribe well, defending the pack from Elven Gladesmen and Goblin Waag Guerillas alike. His skills in the woods put Fae to shame… and he hopes one day that the elite team of assassins led by the enigmatic Gnoll known as ‘The Grey Dove’ will one day notice his efforts.
14 – The Emerald Dragon
The Emerald Dragon is not a god, nor is it an Immortal Mystaran Dragon. Rather, the Emerald Dragon is a green dragon, normally a vehement and cruel creature, that was asked a question by a diety. What that question was, and which diety gave the dragon counsel is much debated, but the dragon became lost in thought and contemplation. And through some form of enlightenment, has remained silent and calm to this day.
#22 – Cubby.
It’s a lion cub named cubby.
Apparently his parents had no imagination, and/or were secretly wishing for a bear.
#21 – Nathaniel Wolverton
Even though I’m not sure if those wingy-bits are part of his shirt, he is probably a fae creature of some sort, since his proportions are so weird. Â But no one else would form a band, so he has formed his own – parading and trumpeting day and night.
No one has the heart to tell him how bad he is.
Day 26: Samurai Pengin
The fourth and last character in my Monochrome Warriors Four. I’ve Samurai Pengin, and the whole crew here.
Samurai Pengin is the leader of the quartet. He doesn’t talk much, most the time he seems distant and imperturbable. He stares into the distance, imagining the quieter days where he waddled around and protected his one young egg. But if his attention is focused, and his wrath is engaged, his giant samurai sword comes forth, and there will be blood.
#20 – Zola
I wanted an idea, and my friend invented Zola – she’s with a band.
I think it’s playing chiptunes.
#26 – Experimental Bio Slime
This experimental slime, taking the form of a young woman, is simply a fun loving creature that tends to get curious about her many surroundings. Â She is the first of many bio-experiments by a (former) mad scientist.
#26 – Kalarel
This is Kalarel, a former human priest turned lich, a former antagonist and soon-to-be *spoiler alert* returning antagonist to the party.
Adapted from H1  “Keep on the Shadowfell”, Kalarel shared similar traits to the one found in the  module. A cult leader for the demon prince Orcus, Kalarel was menacing several northern villages with occult activity.
After several sessions, the party managed to pinpoint Kalarel’s base of operations and infiltrate and inevitably kill him. His death was questionable, as the inner chamber collapsed over him while the party escaped. They never did check for his remains…
#26 White Cosmic Wind
White Cosmic Wind runs a small parcel delivery service for the entire galaxy. Since he is Cosmic, his reach is far and wide and at any time. With his Mech-A-Owls (short for mechanical automated owls) he makes deliveries to hell and back, or just about anywhere from this dimension to the next, or from that continent to this one, or from this planet to the next one, or from here to there, or from…well you get the idea. Just between you and me though, he’d rather be called a mail carrier than a time lord because it gives him some place to start, and 2063 is a good place to start.
White Cosmic Wind says, “I Endure in order to communicate transcending breath. I seal the input of spirit with the cosmic tone of presence. I am guided by the power of death.”
DAY TWENTY-SIX – Saint Lucy
From The Clone Saints Chronicles: Saint Lucy was martyred a virgin (naturally, being female) by either being given Holy Communion, a disease she caught in jail, a knife to the throat, or beheading. But we favor the beheading story because that was all The Church has of her when we went to harvest her DNA. It’s eyes were missing which gave credibility to the authenticity of the relic as Lucy’s eyes were gored out by a fork according to legend (less clear is if the goring was self-inflicted or by a Roman guard). Shockingly, they did not grow back during the maturation phase, but are instead supplanted by a cold light.
