I’m loving you use of colour, Joe. But I want more info on who these gods are (or who they are derived from). The fish and the cats add a great extra dimension to this one.
I considered fleshing them out more and posting profiles but they would end up sounding like encyclopedia entries. Every character I post will show up in the comic eventually. Maybe I’ll just start adding minor information about the God they are based on.
@JoeCook: Yea that sounds like a good idea to me as well. Just putting some basic info about the god that its based on.
Like for example, Tlaloc is the Aztec water/rain god. Probably don’t need to go into the brutal Aztec sacrificial practices as (mostly) everybody knows the Aztecs did that stuff.
You did hit it with the theme though of Tlaloc bieng a water god and Thoth being a god of knowledge.
This is really fun and cheesy looking, I also like the fish 🙂
Cool! I like the placement of the fish, very nice!
That fish is awesome! 😀
This is awesome. I love the cat in the background that looks like he’s about ready to eat the fish.
This character(s) is confusingly awesome. I think it’s hilarious and at the same time…I’m baffled by it.
Great job!
Thanks guys. I really liked how he came out. It’s amazing how many storylines you can come up with just by adding a talking fish inside the robot-God.
